Old Sebilis (Ruins of Sebilis) is the premier dungeon of Kunark, home to powerful undead Iksar and the dragon Trakanon himself. To enter the zone you must possess the Trakanon Idol, obtained by completing a turn-in quest with Emperor Ganak in Trakanon's Teeth. The quest involves killing froglok foragers and froglok hunters in the zone, looting two medallions representing the ancient Iksar tribes, and giving them to the Emperor.
The Trakanon Idol is No Drop and is added to your key ring upon use. Once you have it you may enter Old Sebilis freely on any future visit.

Emperor Ganak is a level 60 ghostly Iksar NPC who roams Trakanon's Teeth. Hail him to begin the dialogue.
Emperor Ganak says, 'Greetings..It has been long since I have been aware on this plane.. Who are you and what do you want of I, Ganak, slayer of Jaled-Dar?'
Say "Sebilis" to learn about entering Old Sebilis.
Emperor Ganak says, 'An adventurer that wishes to enter the inner city of Sebilis you say?? There are only two ways in, either the [glowing orb] in the heart of the ruins in the outer city, or via one of the tortured souls that wanders the jungles nearby.'
Say "glowing orb" to learn about the idol.
Emperor Ganak says, 'The glowing orb is activated by a special key, an idol crafted in the likeness of the dread Trakanon, Reaver of Sebilis. I have this idol and will give it to you, but only if you give me two [medallions] representing the Iksar tribes of old.'
Say "medallions" to learn what he needs.
Emperor Ganak says, 'There were five different tribes of my people. The Kunzar, Kylong, Nathsar, Obulus, and Jarsath. Each of these tribes had a medallion that represented it. If you can return to me the Medallion of the Kunzar and Nathsar, I will give you the idol of Trakanon.'
The Medallion of the Kunzar is a 100% drop from a froglok forager (level 45) in Trakanon's Teeth. Multiple foragers spawn throughout the zone. The medallion is MAGIC LORE NO DROP.
The Medallion of the Nathsar is a 100% drop from a froglok hunter (level 45) in Trakanon's Teeth. Multiple hunters spawn throughout the zone. The medallion is MAGIC LORE NO DROP.
Hand the Medallion of the Kunzar and the Medallion of the Nathsar to Emperor Ganak at the same time.
Emperor Ganak says, 'You have returned to me two medallions of my people. In return, I give you this key to enter the ruins of Sebilis. Be wary though, for Trakanon, Scourge of the Sibilisian empire resides within.'
You receive the Trakanon Idol and experience.
With the Trakanon Idol on your person, click on the Sebilis zone-in portal in Trakanon's Teeth. The idol is added to your key ring upon first use, so you will not need to carry it in the future.
